Terms and Conditions — Strickland Health Consulting, LLC

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of, enrollment in, and use of all products, programs, memberships, courses, events, and services offered by Strickland Health Consulting, LLC ("SHC," "Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to:

The Public Health Club general membership ("PHC Membership" or "Membership")
The Public Health CEO Circle ("CEO Circle")
Subcontracting to 6 Figures ("S26F" or the "Course")
Any other course, program, membership, coaching, event, digital product, or service now offered or later developed by SHC (collectively, the "Programs")

By enrolling in, purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing any Program, you ("you," "Enrollee," or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not enroll in or use any Program.

Where a specific Program has its own additional terms presented at the point of purchase, those terms apply together with these Terms. If they conflict, the Program-specific terms control for that Program.

2. Definitions

"Provider," "we," "us," "our" — Strickland Health Consulting, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, and its brand The Public Health Club.
"Program(s)" — any product, membership, course, program, event, or service offered by SHC, including PHC Membership, CEO Circle, S26F, the AI Intensive for Public Health Entrepreneurs, the Business of Public Health Summit, workshops, free trainings, and future offerings.
"You," "Enrollee," "Member" — the individual who purchases, enrolls in, subscribes to, or accesses a Program.
"Platform" — the Circle.so community, SHC websites (including publichealthclub.com), course-hosting systems, and related digital properties used to deliver the Programs.

3. The Public Health Club Membership

The Public Health Club is a virtual membership community for public health professionals. Membership includes access to live and virtual career-development events, a regularly updated list of consulting and RFP opportunities, career resources, community discussions on the Circle.so platform, and monthly digital downloads. Specific benefits may be added, changed, or removed at Provider's discretion.

Fees and billing. Membership is billed on a recurring basis at the rate selected at enrollment (monthly or annual), plus any applicable taxes. A 7-day free trial may be offered to new Members. Unless cancelled during the trial, the Membership converts to a paid subscription and the selected fee is charged automatically.
Renewal. Paid Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by written notice to info@publichealthclub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access through the end of that period.
Refunds. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, including partial months and unused portions of an annual term, except as required by law.

4. The Public Health CEO Circle

The Public Health CEO Circle is a higher-tier program for public health entrepreneurs and consultants. It includes monthly mastermind sessions, business-strategy content, an accountability community, and direct access to Dr. Des. Specific benefits may be added, changed, or removed at Provider's discretion.

Enrollment. Enrollment opens during quarterly enrollment windows and for S26F graduates during designated windows.
Fees and billing. CEO Circle is billed on an annual basis plus applicable taxes, and renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation. is ONLY available once your full 12 month period has ended. This is a full 12 month program not a monthly membership.
Refunds. CEO Circle fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Subcontracting to 6 Figures (the Course)

Subcontracting to 6 Figures is a 5-week online course provided by Dr. Desiree Strickland on behalf of SHC.

Fee. The Course is offered at the price shown at the point of purchase, plus applicable taxes. Payment-plan options, if offered, are governed by the terms presented at checkout.
Lifetime access. Enrollee is granted lifetime access to the Course modules. If the Course platform closes, Provider will make the Course modules available by another reasonable means, such as email delivery.
No guarantee of earnings. See Section 7.
Refunds. The Course is non-refundable; all sales are final, except as required by law.

6. Other Products and Services

SHC offers additional Programs, including the AI Intensive for Public Health Entrepreneurs, the annual Business of Public Health Summit, workshops, free trainings, coaching, consulting engagements, and digital products, and may develop new Programs over time. Each additional Program is governed by these Terms, together with any Program-specific terms, pricing and access period presented at the point of purchase or registration.

Unless a Program's own terms state otherwise: fees are billed as described at purchase; subscription Programs renew automatically until cancelled; and fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.

Free events and trainings — such as Public Health Consulting 101, Job Searching 101, and Public Health CEO School — are provided "as is," may change or be discontinued at any time, and may not be recorded for public replay.

7. No Guarantee of Earnings or Results

Provider does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, income, business results, employment, or professional outcome from any Program, including any reference to six-figure or $100,000 results. Any examples of income, results, or success are illustrative only and are not a promise or guarantee. Results depend on many factors outside Provider's control — including your effort, skills, market conditions, and application of the material — and vary significantly among individuals.

8. Payment, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

By purchasing or subscribing, you authorize Provider and its payment processor (currently Stripe) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and any recurring charges, plus taxes.
Subscription Programs — including PHC Membership, CEO Circle, and any other recurring Program — renew automatically at the then-current rate at the end of each billing period until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information current. If a payment fails, Provider may retry the charge and may suspend or terminate access until payment is received.
Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and may change. Fee changes apply to future billing periods, not the current one.

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final. All fees for all Programs — including PHC Membership, the CEO Circle, Subcontracting to 6 Figures, the AI Intensive, the Business of Public Health Summit, workshops, coaching, consulting, and digital products — are non-refundable, including any partial or unused portion, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

For subscription Programs, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellation does not refund fees already paid. Free Programs involve no fee and no refund.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Communications and SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive communications from Provider related to your account, Programs, and events, and — where you have separately opted in — promotions. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the "unsubscribe" link.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Strickland Health Consulting, LLC through our website at publichealthclub.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@publichealthclub.com or call [CONFIRM: business phone] during business hours.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

SMS Data Protection Statement

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Programs and Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at publichealthclub.com/privacy-policy [CONFIRM URL], which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Programs, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. The SMS data-protection commitments in Section 10 are incorporated into the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All Program materials — including course modules, worksheets, templates, recordings, written content, graphics, and community resources — are the property of Strickland Health Consulting, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Provider grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own professional development.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, resell, redistribute, share login credentials, or create derivative works from the materials without Provider's prior written consent. Content you post in the community remains yours, but you grant Provider a non-exclusive license to host and display it in connection with the Programs. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your participation in or use of any Program; (b) any errors or omissions in any Program content; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from any Program; or (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or similar harmful code transmitted to or through any Program by a third party.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a Program is to stop using it and cancel any recurring subscription.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provider and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of any Program, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or any Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with the arbitration held in McDonough, Georgia. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

16. Amendments

Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such modifications are effective immediately upon posting on the applicable Platform or upon email notice to you. Your continued participation in or use of any Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any Program-specific terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Provider with respect to the Programs and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Programs. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
