One who goes beyond patient care responsibilities to advocate for the health of the public, engage their community, or provide leadership to help resolve major public health issues or epidemics, working to enhance health equity.

“Each honoree exemplifies what it means to be a woman of impact,” said Jerome Hutchinson, Jr., Founder and Chief Servant Officer of ICABA. “Each honoree is well-respected in their profession and demonstrates exemplary leadership. They are role models for all and especially for other Black women. We are proud and humbled to recognize each one of them and to connect them to one another to collaborate and build community.”

These women will be honored for their distinguished careers and leadership. Some of the women honored include entrepreneurs and leaders in diverse industries such as healthcare, financial services, technology, academia, hospitality, as well as leading advocates for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
